Refund and Returns Policy

Apex Peptide Supply sells laboratory materials strictly for Research Use Only (RUO). Due to the sensitive and controlled nature of these materials, all sales are subject to the policy below.

By placing an order on apexpeptidesupply.com, you agree to this policy in full.

1. Research Use Only Disclaimer

All products sold by Apex Peptide Supply:

  • Are intended for laboratory research use only

  • Are not for human or veterinary use

  • Are not for consumption

  • Are not medical products

  • Are not dietary supplements

  • Are not drugs

Products are sold as labeled and described at the time of purchase.

2. All Sales Are Final

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns of any product once it has:

  • Shipped

  • Been delivered

  • Been opened

  • Been stored outside controlled conditions

  • Left our facility

Due to product integrity and contamination risk, we cannot restock or resell returned research materials.

3. No Refunds for Improper Use or Storage

Apex Peptide Supply is not responsible for:

  • Improper storage

  • Improper reconstitution

  • Improper handling

  • Environmental exposure

  • User error

  • Misinterpretation of research data

Once delivered, the customer assumes full responsibility for proper storage and handling.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

You must contact us within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

Required documentation:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of packaging

  • Clear photos of product

  • Photo of shipping label

Failure to provide documentation within 48 hours voids eligibility for review.

If approved, we may, at our sole discretion:

  • Issue a replacement

  • Issue a partial refund

  • Issue store credit

5. Shipping & Carrier Responsibility

We are not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather delays

  • Lost or stolen packages marked “Delivered”

  • Address errors entered at checkout

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the carrier marks the package as delivered.

If a package is lost in transit (not marked delivered), we will assist in filing a carrier claim.

6. Temperature & Environmental Conditions

We do not guarantee product stability after delivery.

We are not responsible for:

  • Heat exposure

  • Cold exposure

  • Transit delays

  • Mailbox storage

  • Third-party forwarding services

Customers are responsible for monitoring shipments and ensuring prompt retrieval.

7. Batch Verification & COAs

Each product includes:

  • A batch number

  • QR code linking to third-party Certificate of Analysis

  • Independent laboratory testing documentation

All products are verified prior to shipment.

Claims regarding potency or purity must include:

  • Batch number

  • Independent third-party lab report (from ISO-accredited lab)

  • Full documentation

We reserve the right to reject unsupported claims.

8. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled if:

  • The order has not yet been processed or shipped

Once processed or shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

9. Cryptocurrency Payments

Cryptocurrency payments are final and irreversible.

If a refund is approved for a crypto transaction:

  • Refunds may be issued in USD equivalent at the time of approval

  • Market fluctuation risk is not covered

  • Network fees are non-refundable

10. Chargebacks & Disputes

We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly before filing a dispute.

Fraudulent, abusive, or bad-faith chargebacks may result in:

  • Permanent account termination

  • Order cancellation

  • Refusal of future service

  • Submission of documentation to payment processors

We maintain detailed order records including IP address, delivery confirmation, and batch verification.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Apex Peptide Supply shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect damages

  • Consequential damages

  • Research loss

  • Financial loss

  • Misuse of product

Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

12. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse service

  • Cancel orders

  • Deny refunds

  • Restrict accounts

At our sole discretion.
