Price Match Guarantee

At Apex Peptide Supply, we believe researchers should not have to choose between competitive pricing, transparency, and independently verified product quality.

If you find a qualifying product offered for less by another established research supplier, we may match the competitor's regularly advertised price, subject to the terms below.

Price Match Requirements

To qualify for a price match:

  • The competitor must be an established U.S.-based research supplier with an active, publicly accessible website.
  • The competing product must be the same compound and the same advertised quantity/content as the Apex Peptide Supply product being compared.
  • The competing product must currently be in stock and available for purchase.
  • The competitor must provide batch-specific third-party testing or a Certificate of Analysis from a verifiable independent laboratory.
  • The price must be publicly displayed and available to the general public at the time the price-match request is reviewed.
  • Apex Peptide Supply must be able to independently verify the product, price, availability, and supporting testing.

What Is Not Eligible

Price matching does not apply to:

  • Coupon codes or promotional discount codes
  • Flash sales, clearance sales, liquidation pricing, or closeout pricing
  • First-time customer discounts
  • Loyalty, membership, subscription, or rewards pricing
  • Wholesale, bulk, distributor, or negotiated pricing
  • Private quotes or unpublished offers
  • Marketplace, auction, classified, social-media-only, or peer-to-peer listings
  • Bundled products, package deals, free-product promotions, or buy-one-get-one offers
  • Pricing errors or obviously incorrect listings
  • Products from suppliers that do not provide adequate batch-specific third-party testing
  • Products that are not directly comparable in compound and advertised quantity/content

Additional Terms

Price Match Guarantee requests must be submitted and approved before the applicable purchase is completed.

Approved price matches cannot be combined with Apex Peptide Supply coupon codes, promotional discounts, special offers, or other price adjustments unless specifically authorized by Apex Peptide Supply.

Shipping charges, taxes, fees, and other costs may be considered when determining whether two offers are comparable.

Apex Peptide Supply may limit the quantity of products eligible for a price match.

Apex Peptide Supply reserves the right to verify all information submitted with a price-match request and to decline requests that do not meet these requirements or involve products, vendors, testing, or pricing that we determine are not reasonably comparable.

The Price Match Guarantee may be modified or discontinued at any time.

Requesting a Price Match

To request a price match, email contact@apexpeptidesupply.com before placing your order and provide:

  1. The name of the competing supplier
  2. A direct link to the competing product
  3. The advertised price
  4. A link to the applicable batch-specific third-party testing or Certificate of Analysis

We will review the request and let the customer know whether it qualifies under the Apex Peptide Supply Price Match Guarantee.
